No matter how you say it (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Swedish\/Norwegian & Latin), I hope everyone is enjoying a delightful day.<\/p>\n

Since my old tried and true Christmas routine was usurped by the cantankerous – but hilarious – TV sports reporter-cum<\/em>-weatherman yesterday, I decided to trot out the old stuff today with just a few additions.<\/p>\n

First, for all those traveling I wish you a safe trip with no unexpected misfortune (unlike some):<\/p>\n

Music (for most) is an integral part of the Holidays – so feel free to delight in the old favorites.\u00a0 And be sure to enjoy new variations on a theme:<\/p>\n

[Sung to the tune of “Hark the Herald Angels Sing”]<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cHark!\u201d the Herald Penguins sing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPlease don\u2019t eat our little wings!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Eat a goose down to the bone,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

But leave Penguins all alone.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cBaby ducks are very sweet,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tastier than Penguin meat.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If it’s carried in your store<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please don\u2019t shop there anymore!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No doubt we’re all hoping that Special Counsel Jack Smith<\/strong> <\/em>will be able to put out an album by next Christmas with lyrics like this:<\/p>\n

He sees you when you’re grifting<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

He knows that you’re a fake<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

He knows that you’ve had bad intent<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

So prepare to serve upstate!<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Truthfully, I think we’re hoping for an entire album:<\/p>\n
