I\u2019ve made my feeling about Dinesh D\u2019Souza known a few times, so I\u2019d like to offer a rebuttal of sorts to his “2000 Mules”<\/em> purported documentary supposedly proving massive voter fraud in the 2000 election:<\/p>\n

[1] <\/strong><\/p>\n

To begin, it should be noted that D’Souza is not just<\/em> a convicted felon, but someone who pled guilty<\/strong> and was incarcerated for ACTUALLY<\/strong> violating election laws:<\/p>\n

Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today the guilty plea of DINESH D\u2019SOUZA to violating the federal election campaign law by making illegal contributions to a United States Senate campaign in the names of others. D\u2019SOUZA, whose trial was scheduled to start today, pled guilty this morning in Manhattan federal court to violating the federal campaign election law by making illegal contributions\u2026.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So D\u2019Souza, an actual voter fraud convict, has made his “documentary” out of whole cloth, with baseless claims about Democrats violating election laws.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s pretty much the definition of chutzpa<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

[2]<\/strong><\/p>\n

If Dinesh D\u2019Souza & his cronies had any actual<\/em><\/strong> evidence of voter fraud instead of just their wild rumors, unproven allegations and harebrained conspiracy theories, they would have presented it in court.\u00a0 I mean Trump\u2019s legal team has had more than SIXTY opportunities <\/em><\/strong>to do so.<\/p>\n

So, Dinesh – just for the fun of it, let\u2019s say everything you postulate is factual.\u00a0 What evidence do you have that all of these \u201cfake\u201d ballots were votes for Biden?<\/p>\n

They more likely would have been for Trump. \u00a0After all, multiple people have been prosecuted for voter fraud in 2020 and so far, EVERY SINGLE INDICTMENT & CONVICTION<\/em><\/strong> has involved republicans or Right-Wing radicals.<\/p>\n

If voter fraud, as D\u2019Souza Claims, had to be used to get Biden elected, how come the Democrats don\u2019t have huge majorities in the House, Senate and state legislatures?\u00a0 I mean, if voter fraud was so easy-peasy to do at the Presidential level, why not do it up and down the entire ballot?<\/p>\n

Finally, Joe Biden easily defeated Donald Trump in the safest and \u201cmost secure in American history.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

PLUS, over 80 judges (many appointed by Trump himself) in over 60 court cases<\/p>\n

PLUS, three times before SCOTUS which is packed with right-wing justices, including three of Trump\u2019s own appointees<\/p>\n

PLUS, multiple recounts and forensic audits<\/p>\n

PLUS, the “Ninja” audit that was funded by Trump supporters in a FAILED effort to prove election fraud<\/p>\n

PLUS, multiple lawyers involved with election fraud challenges have admitted \u2013 UNDER OATH<\/u><\/em><\/strong> \u2013 they had no evidence of fraud<\/p>\n

PLUS, Rudy Giuliani admitted \u2013 UNDER OATH<\/u><\/em><\/strong> \u2013 he had no evidence of fraud<\/p>\n

HELL, even Sidney Powell herself admitted in a filing to the Federal District Court for The District Of Columbia that her own voter fraud claims were so deranged that \u201cno reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
