\nQuote – This is the process, folks. The media begin to change how they report on a public problem such as inflation, because the current facts don\u2019t square with the older view. This starts to reframe the debate. The reframing educates the public, and encourages lawmakers to talk differently about the problem. Which in turn encourages the media to further reframe it in line with current realities.
