In Biblical lore, Cain slew Abel, thus enacting the first murder.  But in current political lore, Cain is killing himself, instead.  Like so many Republicans, he forgets that today\u2019s lie can be juxtaposed with yesterday\u2019s video clip, trashing his credibility in the process.<\/font><\/p>\n

\"As we have noted before<\/a><\/font>, Herman Cain is now trying to walk back his pledge not to allow Muslims to serve in his administration if he is elected president, claiming that what he meant was that he would refuse to hire radical Muslims. <\/font><\/p>\n

And that is a point he keeps trying to sell<\/a><\/font>:<\/font><\/p>\n

[I]n an appearance on outgoing Fox News Channel show host Glenn Beck\u2019s radio program Tuesday morning, Cain clarified the record and said his comments have been \u201cmisconstrued.\u201d<\/font><\/p>\n

\u201cI immediately said \u2013 without thinking \u2013 \u2018No, I would not be comfortable,\u2019\u201d Cain told Beck. \u201cI did not say that I would not have them in my cabinet. If you look at my career, I have hired good people regardless of race, religion, sex gender, orientation and this kind of thing.\u201d<\/font><\/p>\n

Now let us compare that to what he told Bryan Fischer<\/a><\/font> just last month…<\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
