Yesterday I slept until noon, did some paperwork and went out to run errands.  Today I have more errands and projects to work on, but I am up to date with comments.<\/font><\/p>\n

…This case pits a coalition of states and private land trusts against some of the country’s biggest coal-burning utilities. In 2004, the plaintiffs sued the power companies under federal nuisance laws.<\/p>\n

This could be huge.  The Times even has an editorial about it.  Precedent strongly favors the plaintiffs.  The fascist four strongly favor corporate pigs.<\/font><\/p>\n

Undocumented workers are going to be here regardless.  Since they will, I\u2019d prefer that they know how to drive better.<\/font><\/p>\n
