Daniels has been running radio adds.\u00a0 But the rat seems to have diddled a couple Kochs to get the money, because 97% of it is from out of state.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; float: left; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"14Daniels\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/14Daniels.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"14Daniels\" width=\"360\" height=\"241\" align=\"left\" \/>Republican Gov. <strong>Mitch Daniels&#8217; political action committee has spent $87,042 during the past two weeks to air radio ads chastising House Democrats for boycotting House sessions<\/strong> and relocating to Urbana, Ill.<\/p>\n<p>The ads call Democratic Leader Patrick Bauer, D-South Bend, &#8220;a bad, bad boy,&#8221; and tell all House Democrats, including 10 Northwest Indiana representatives, &#8220;You&#8217;re not paid to shirk, so get on back to work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But an analysis by The Times of recent donations to Daniels&#8217; Aiming Higher PAC finds that out-of-state donors are paying to spread the message that House Democrats shouldn&#8217;t have left Indiana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fully 97 percent of the money donated this year to Aiming Higher has come from out-of-state donors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aiming Higher 2011 contribution records show the political fund has taken in $60,490. But $31,000 recorded as a donation from Perkins Nichols Media of Indianapolis was actually a refund for previously purchased radio ads, according to the media buying company.<\/p>\n<p>That leaves a total of $29,490 in 2011 donations, of which $28,600 was given by out-of-state donors.<\/p>\n<p>State Rep.
