I’m still exhausted, but things are moving ahead.  I have my formal intake interview with Providence Home Hospice tomorrow.  They will come here to meet with Wendy and I, evaluate my needs, and set up a plan to meet them.  So I’ll know more soon, but in the meantime, I have a lot of records to collect.<\/font><\/p>\n

Yesterday Nameless suggested that I should learn about deep breathing for stress management.  Rather than leave that in comments, I want to move that up to front street.  Not only am I familiar with deep breathing for stress management, I’ve been teaching it to my my guys as part of my prison volunteer work for over twenty years.  I am especially thankful to Nameless for bringing it up, because the stress came on me so fast that I completely forgot to use the technique myself.  Now I am using it and it is helping.  Thank you, good friend!<\/font><\/p>\n
