I&#8217;m a reformist, and a big part of that is because I have seen that, over time, incremental reform changes hearts and minds. Matbe not fast enough &#8211; OK, definitely not fast enough &#8211; but enough to change the orientation of state and federal governments, because enough people have moves that the politics needs to move too (and then it will need to move farther.)
