My "Other" was that it does not raise the income cap to balance Social Security, tax hedge funds as income, or close enough of the loopholes the rich use to avoid taxes.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Most thought that the budget cuts too little.  Cuts all wrong or some right and some wrong was a dead heat.  Almost all consider it too conservative.<\/font><\/p>\n
