It’s a lazy day, here in the CatBox.  Store to Door called mid-nap to deliver groceries, yesterday. From Alternet<\/a>: <\/font>The New York City Bar Association has taken the extraordinary step of asking Congress to investigate Attorney General Bill Barr for being too politically biased<\/a> to faithfully execute his duties as America\u2019s top law enforcement official.<\/p>\n

Bloomberg reports<\/a> that the Bar Association is claiming that Barr\u2019s recent statements and actions indicate that he may be enabling and encouraging \u201cpolitical partisans willing to use the levers of government to empower certain groups over others.\u201d <\/p>\n

The association also accuses Barr of disregarding \u201cfundamental obligations in several public statements during the past few months,\u201d including his duty to \u201cact impartially, to avoid even the appearance of partiality and impropriety, and to avoid manifesting bias, prejudice or partisanship in the exercise of official responsibilities.\u201d <\/p>\n
