Now I\u2019m not suggesting that the Republican base should be lobotomized or anything like that, and I recognize that, even if this research pans out, individuals have the ability to overcome such physiological propensities.  But at least the knowledge might spare lefties some frustration by explaining why trying to talk sense with a Teabagger can be like trying to talk haute cuisine with a cannibal.<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
