He doesn\u2019t like people to get bad press. Yet he expects everyone to be relevant and important and supportive at all times. Even if a person could do all those things, the president would grow tired of anyone in his immediate orbit.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Anthony Scaramucci described the role of Trump\u2019s staff in particularly degrading terms. In his view, Trump wants \u201ccatatonic loyalty\u201d and for his people to act as props. Before, we lose votes because of appeasement, Democrats need to shit by holding an honest impeachment inquiry or get off the pot. <strong>RESIST<\/strong>!!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/news-and-politics\/2019\/09\/beto-orourke-death-threat-debate-pledge-take-assault-style-weapons.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slate<\/a>: <\/font>Beto O\u2019Rourke was uniquely <a href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/news-and-politics\/2019\/09\/beto-orourke-gun-buybacks-control-presidential-debate.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">outspoken<\/a> in his calls for gun control during Thursday night\u2019s Democratic debate in Houston, Texas. The former Texas congressman, whose hometown of El Paso recently was the victim of a <a href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/news-and-politics\/2019\/08\/el-paso-texas-shooting-walmart-multiple-fatalities.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mass shooting<\/a> at a Walmart, was asked if he\u2019d take away assault-style weapons that are often used in mass shootings. \u201cHell yes,\u201d O\u2019Rourke responded. \u201cWe\u2019re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47. We\u2019re not going to allow it to be used against a fellow American anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It seemed inevitable that O\u2019Rourke\u2019s call to ban ownership of military-style weapons would rile up the guns=distilled liberty true believers online, but it was, perhaps predictably, an elected Republican official\u2014from the state of Texas no less\u2014that led the way over the cliff. Texas state Rep.
