I can&#8217;t take possession this week, because they need to finish cleaning and painting, so I have an appointment to sign the lease and get the keys a week from today.&nbsp; Unfortunately, due to Wendy&#8217;s schedule (out of town guests) I cannot move until 8\/1, but as long as I know I&#8217;m moving, that&#8217;ll do.&nbsp;
