Giuliani, insisted on Sunday that it was acceptable for a political campaign to use hacked information about its opponent obtained from a foreign adversary \u2014 though he personally would have advised against it.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s nothing wrong with taking information from Russians,\u201d Mr. Giuliani said on CNN\u2019s \u201cState of the Union,\u201d adding that he would have argued against using it, \u201cout of excess of caution.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><\/font><font color=\"#0000ff\">He used to be Rudy 9\/11.
