He is so honored for letting billionaire pervert and Trump buddy, Jeffrey Epstein, to duck federal charges and avoid prison for trafficking underage sex slaves.<\/font>  <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"0405Acosta\" style=\"border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; float: left; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"0405Acosta\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/0405Acosta.png\" width=\"360\" align=\"left\" height=\"240\">On Wednesday, Trump Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta appeared before a House Appropriations subcommittee to, in theory, testify about his department&#8217;s proposed 2020 budget. It was inevitable that Democrats were going to use the opportunity to demand answers of Acosta after recent revelations that he was the driver of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/stories\/2019\/3\/12\/1841551\/-The-pedophile-plea-deal-scandal-weighing-down-Trump-s-labor-secretary-isn-t-going-anywhere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">an extraordinarily lenient 2007 plea deal<\/a> for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein that allowed Epstein to skirt federal charges entirely. In February, that plea deal was deemed improper by a federal court, ruling that <strong>Acosta&#8217;s team violated the Crime Victims&#8217; Rights Acts<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>Democratic Reps.
