That makes a repeal even more unlikely next year.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Even if they cannot get it past a Republican filibuster, Democrats should force a vote on the Senate floor.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"http:\/\/thevileplutocrat.com\/bile\/articles\/congressional-tea-party-hypocrites-take-1billion-in-earmarks\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Vile Plutocrat<\/a>: <\/font>Congressional Tea Party Caucus members have blustered incessantly about their &quot;commitment to cutting government spending.
