Schmidt noted the Senate Majority Leader has been \u201cup to his eyeballs\u201d in this entire Russian affair and makes the case that <strong>it is time for Republican senators to remove Mitch McConnell from power and elect a new Senate Majority Leader who will right the ship<\/strong>\u2026<\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 7pt; margin-top: 0pt; line-height: normal\"><font face=\"Arial\"><span style=\"font-family: \"><font style=\"font-size: 12pt\">\u2026<\/font><\/span><font style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: ; background-image: none; background-repeat: repeat; background-attachment: scroll; background-position: 0% 0%; color: \"><font color=\"#3c3736\">Even as former Senator Harry Reid and Democrats were trying to sound the alarm about Russia\u2019s cyberattacks and propaganda campaigns in the summer of 2016, Mitch McConnell refused President Obama\u2019s calls for a bipartisan statement alerting the public.
