The suit alleges that Republicans maintain this remarkable advantage because they controlled the redistricting process in 2011 and worked <a href=\"https:\/\/my.lwv.org\/sites\/default\/files\/leagues\/wysiwyg\/%5Bcurrent-user%3Aog-user-node%3A1%3Atitle%5D\/the_elephant_in_the_room_-_transparency_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">in secret<\/a> to draw a map to guarantee just that outcome each year.<\/p>\n<p>The suit was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aclu.org\/legal-document\/ohio-philip-randolph-institute-v-kasich-complaint\" target=\"_blank\">filed Wednesday in federal court<\/a> on behalf of 16 voters in each of the state\u2019s congressional districts, the Ohio chapter of the League of Women Voters and the A. Philip Randolph Institute, a labor and civil rights group.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Kudos to the ACLU and all parties bringing the suit. <strong>RESIST<\/strong>!!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/stories\/2018\/5\/23\/1766505\/-4-year-old-accidentally-kills-2-year-old-sibling-with-gun-he-thought-was-a-toy\" target=\"_blank\">Daily Kos<\/a>: <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbc29.com\/story\/38247959\/louisa-shooting-05-22-2018\" target=\"_blank\">NBC29<\/a> has the awful report of a Louisa County, Virginia four year old who shot and killed his two-year-old brother by accident in his home on Tuesday morning. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Tyler \u201cTy\u201d Aponte was shot around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 22. Authorities say his 4-year-old brother thought the gun was a toy when he accidentally shot Tyler. [&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It&#8217;s horrible, it&#8217;s devastating. You come into a scene like this and you see all the carnage. You see everything,&quot; said Major Donnie Lowe, Louisa County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Linda Eddy, a neighbor, said she has no idea how the children could have found a gun: &quot;There is no way that they would leave a loaded gun out. They&#8217;re good people, they&#8217;re Christians.
