Wray has been resisting pressure from Attorney General Jeff Sessions to replace the bureau\u2019s deputy director, Andrew McCabe, a frequent target of criticism from President Trump, according to people familiar with the matter.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">You can bet that came from the Fuhrer! <strong>RESIST<\/strong>!!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commondreams.org\/news\/2018\/01\/22\/pennsylvania-supreme-court-smacks-down-gop-gerrymandered-congressional-map\" target=\"_blank\">Common Dreams<\/a>: <\/font>Pennsylvania&#8217;s high court on Monday <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/files\/setting-6015\/file-6740.pdf?cb=b74d61\" target=\"_blank\">ruled<\/a> that the state&#8217;s gerrymandered congressional map &quot;clearly, plainly, and palpably&quot; violates the state constitution and ordered the state to draw up a new map to be used in the primary.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The Pennsylvania Supreme Court today ruled in favor of voters choosing politicians rather than politicians choosing voters, and that is major victory for all Pennsylvanians,&quot; said Karen Hobert Flynn, president of Common Cause, which filed an amicus brief in the case. &quot;The court order will result in new maps in time for the 2018 election so that voters will not be forced to face a fourth congressional election under these unconstitutionally gerrymandered congressional districts.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The split decision is the result of a lawsuit brought forth by the Pennsylvania League of Women Voters and 17 individual voters who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pubintlaw.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Petition-for-Review.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">argued<\/a> (pdf) that the current map, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lehighvalleylive.com\/breaking-news\/index.ssf\/2011\/12\/pennsylvania_lawmakers_approve.html%20\" target=\"_blank\">drawn<\/a> in 2011 by the GOP-controlled legislature, &quot;was the product of a national movement by the Republican Party to entrench its own representatives in power by utilizing the latest advances in mapmaking technologies and big data to gerrymander districts more effectively than ever before.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-usa-politics-pennsylvania\/pennsylvania-court-congressional-map-unconstitutionally-gerrymandered-idUSKBN1FB2N8?il=0\" target=\"_blank\">notes<\/a> that &quot;[e]xperts have long held up Pennsylvania as one of the most extreme examples of partisan gerrymandering.&quot;<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Kudos!!
