Those words were \u201cfetus,\u201d \u201centitlement,\u201d \u201cdiversity,\u201d \u201ctransgender,\u201d \u201cvulnerable,\u201d \u201cevidence-based\u201d and \u201cscience-based.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The administration prohibited these words from being used in the budget, which should be released in February, and in supporting materials for Congress and CDC partners. A \u201clongtime CDC analyst\u201d who spoke to the Post said that they did not remember a time when an administration previous banned \u201ccontroversial\u201d words from budget documents.
