Anthony Scaramucci<\/strong> enjoys the distinction of being the shortest-serving White House Communications director in the history of that position, which was first created during the Nixon administration.<\/p>\n

Some contend that Jack Koehler<\/a><\/strong> actually had the shortest tenure, serving as Reagan\u2019s<\/strong> director for only one week after being forced to resign when it was learned he had belonged to the Deutsches Jungvolk<\/em>, a Nazi youth organization.\u00a0 But although \u201cThe Mooch\u201d<\/em><\/strong> announced his acceptance of post on 21st<\/sup> \u2013 his official start date wasn\u2019t until the 25th<\/sup>.\u00a0 So his six days of \u201cservice\u201d makes his the shortest tenure.<\/p>\n

Many folks were actually floored that Mooch would even take the position.\u00a0 In fact it was so rare that it marked the \u2026<\/p>\n
