Flynn, pictured below with Putin and another US traitor, whose efforts helped invest Trump, asked for immunity for his testimony.<\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"0331flynn\" style=\"border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; float: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; margin-right: auto\" border=\"0\" alt=\"0331flynn\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/0331flynn.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser, has offered to be interviewed by House and Senate investigators who are examining the Trump campaign\u2019s ties to Russia in exchange for immunity from prosecution, according to his lawyer and a congressional official.<\/p>\n<p>But the congressional official said investigators were unwilling to broker a deal with Mr. Flynn \u2014 who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/02\/13\/us\/politics\/donald-trump-national-security-adviser-michael-flynn.html\" target=\"_blank\">resigned last month<\/a> for misleading White House officials about his contacts with Russia\u2019s ambassador to the United States \u2014 until they are further along in their inquiries and they better understand what information Mr. Flynn might offer as part of a deal.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement on Thursday evening, Mr. Flynn\u2019s lawyer confirmed discussions with the House and Senate intelligence committees about possible testimony by his client. The lawyer, Robert Kelner, did not provide specifics about the terms under which Mr. Flynn would testify, but said that \u201cno reasonable person, who has the benefit of advice from counsel, would submit to questioning in such a highly politicized, witch-hunt environment without assurances against unfair prosecution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeneral Flynn certainly has a story to tell, and he very much wants to tell it, should circumstances permit,\u201d the statement said&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From &lt;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/03\/30\/us\/politics\/michael-flynn-congress-immunity-russia.html\" target=\"_blank\">NY Times<\/a>&gt;<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/rachel-maddow-show\" target=\"_blank\">Rachel Maddow<\/a> covered the issue in two segments.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><strong>Flynn testimony offer jolts Trump Russia case<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shane Harris, senior writer for The Wall Street Journal, talks with Rachel Maddow about breaking news that disgraced Donald Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn has offered to testify in the Russia investigation in exchange for immunity.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<iframe loading=\"lazy\" height=\"500\" src=\"http:\/\/player.theplatform.com\/p\/7wvmTC\/MSNBCEmbeddedOffSite?guid=n_maddow_aharris_170330\" width=\"635\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">I think I know how Flynn made it through the vetting process.&#160; The Trump campaign, and later, the Trump Reich knew all about Flynn&#8217;s crimes.
