Secretary-General Ant\u00f3nio Guterres, who has fielded complaints about the crank calls, the caller has tormented leaders from Mexico, Australia, and many other countries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pattern is always the same,\u201d Gutteres said. \u201cThe caller is identified as the President of the United States, so naturally he is put right through. Once he is connected with the head of state, he begins to speak in a threatening and harassing manner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThen, as his threats reach a crescendo, he hangs up,\u201d Gutteres said. \u201cClearly, it\u2019s someone\u2019s idea of a sick joke.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, became a victim of the crank caller over the weekend, an experience that he called \u201chighly irritating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">That&#8217;s OK, Andy!
