Yesterday it was not quite as hot here, but the temperature in my apartment stayed above 90\u00b0 all day.  Around midnight, it dropped below for the first time since Wednesday morning.  I never thought I\u2019d be saying that the current 85\u00b0 feels good.  I caught up on replying to comments, but did no visiting.  Today I expect to do at least as well.<\/font><\/p>\n

From Huffington Post<\/a>: <\/font>There is another email making the rounds that claims that the new health reform law requires that you pay taxes on your employer-sponsored health insurance. It’s not true.<\/p>\n

Both Politifact and Snopes have debunked this GOP lie.  Republicans want Americans to react with visceral fear at the mere mention of the word tax<\/em>, to dupe us into letting the rich continue to skate without paying their fair share.<\/font><\/p>\n

From Think Progress<\/a>: <\/font>However, after rushing to the defense of a criminal multinational corporation like BP, now GOP lawmakers are ginning up conspiracy theories that Obama actually wants the oil disaster to be destructive. At a town hall yesterday in Athens, Georgia, Rep. Paul Broun (R-GA) said \u201cmaybe\u201d Obama is \u201cpurposeful[ly]\u201d giving a \u201cpoor response to this oil spill\u201d so he \u201ccould promote his energy tax\u201d.<\/p>\n

Broun is not the first.  Several Republicans have endorsed the conspiracy theory that the gusher is an Obama conspiracy.  There is a conspiracy at work here, a Republican conspiracy to transfer the cost of the GOP gusher from BP millionaires yo you and I.<\/font><\/p>\n
