This included a look at the Republican grumblings about Trump, such as 2008 Republican contender for POTUS John McCain\u2019s complaint that Trump at the top of the GOP ticket would make Arizona Senator\u2019s next run \u201cthe race of [his] life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, my!
