Yesterday I kept up to date on comments and returned visits.  I have to be out part of today for errands, and I\u2019m having a problem with Windows.  I\u2019ll need to do a partial reinstall of the OS, so today will depend on how well that goes.<\/font><\/p>\n

From E!<\/a>: <\/font>Carrie Prejean, whose grammatically mangled disapproval of gay marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant turned her into a conservative hero, is planning to give "opposite marriage" a go.<\/p>\n

E! News confirmed that the fallen beauty queen plans to wed her NFL quarterback beau, Kyle Boller, this Friday in San Diego.<\/p>\n

Soon enough, Carrie \u201cFingers\u201d Prejean\u2019s silicone enhanced exterior will fade, leaving only the ugliness on the inside.  I offer my condolences to Kyle Boller.<\/font><\/p>\n

From Salon<\/a>: <\/font>DailyKos’ Markos Moulitsas ended his site’s relationship with the polling outfit Research 2000 after Nate Silver’s most recent pollster ratings listed them as wholly unreliable. Then a group of "statistics wizards" approached Kos with evidence suggesting that Research 2000 had manipulated — or maybe just made up — some or all of their poll data.<\/p>\n

Research 2000 was a reputable company, back when I was in the business, so I had no qualms about using the Kos\u2019 data here.  I apologize for any inaccuracies therein.<\/font><\/p>\n
