A majority of respondents &mdash; 65 per cent &mdash; said they were worried about him becoming president.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">As I have said before, Canadians do not like this &quot;Ugly American&quot; American. &nbsp;I cannot call Trump &quot;The Donald&quot; because it feels like I am giving in to his demagoguery! &nbsp;If he becomes POTUS, I may build the wall along the 49th parallel myself just to keep that rabid fascist at bay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fivethirtyeight.com\/features\/chris-christie-drops-out-republican-presidential-race\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"><strong>Five Thirty Eight<\/strong><\/span><\/a> &#8212;&nbsp;Chris Christie&rsquo;s 2016 presidential campaign had one shining moment: the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=u9OZ8xHTX7c\">tripwire he set<\/a>&nbsp;for Marco Rubio in Saturday&rsquo;s debate (which Rubio somehow tripped over again and again and again and again). <strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espnfivethirtyeight.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/02\/gettyimages-509207152.jpg?w=575\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Christie otherwise made very little headway in the Republican race, and he&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/chris-christie-expected-formally-end-presidential-bid-early\/story?id=36835186\">ended his campaign<\/a>&nbsp;Wednesday after receiving just 7 percent of the vote in New Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">Mr Christie, your cookies crumbled <strong>. . .<\/strong> thankfully!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fivethirtyeight.com\/features\/carly-fiorina-peaked-early-and-faded-fast\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">Five Thirty Eight<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;&#8212;&nbsp;<\/strong>Carly Fiorina dropped out of the presidential race this afternoon, via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CarlyFiorina\/posts\/10157165012225206\">Facebook message<\/a>, a day after her&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/elections\/2016\/primaries\/new-hampshire\">seventh-place finish<\/a>, with just 4 percent of the vote, in the New Hampshire primary.&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espnfivethirtyeight.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/02\/ap_287089601201.jpg?w=575\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But heading into the late fall, winter and the voting contests of 2016, Fiorina had all but disappeared from the conversation. Her ground game was virtually non-existent;<strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">In her FB post announcing the suspension of her campaign, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.motherjones.com\/politics\/2016\/02\/carly-fiorina-drops-out-presidential-race\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"><strong>Mother Jones<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"> reports that Fiorina said:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>This campaign was always about citizenship&mdash;taking back our country from a political class that only serves the big, the powerful, the wealthy, and the well connected.&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8230; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our Republican Party must fight alongside these Americans as well. We must end crony capitalism by fighting the policies that allow it to flourish. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Republicans must stand for conservative principles that lift people up and recognize all Americans have the right to fulfill their God-given potential.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">I like to know, what has this Republican been smoking? &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">&quot;taking back our country from a <em><strong>political class that only serves the big, the powerful, the wealthy<\/strong><\/em>&#8230;&quot; &#8212; Isn&#39;t that the definition of a Republican and the party!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">&quot;We must end crony capitalism&#8230;<\/span><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">&quot; &#8212; Didn&#39;t Republicans &quot;invent&quot; crony capitalism?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">&quot;conservative principles that lift people up &#8230;<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">&quot; &#8212; Republicans are noteworthy for tearing down anything that serves the average American.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">\u200bMy personal opinion, Fiorina is a whack job that had no business even being in the race. &nbsp;I imagine there are some Hewlett Packard employees and investors that are glad she&#39;s out of the race.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.motherjones.com\/politics\/2016\/02\/justice-department-sues-ferguson-civil-rights-violations\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"><strong>Mother Jones<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"> &#8212;&nbsp;<\/span>On Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/post-nation\/wp\/2016\/02\/10\/ferguson-demands-changes-to-agreement-reforming-police-tactics-justice-dept-criticizes-unnecessary-delay\/\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a>&nbsp;that the Justice Department was filing a lawsuit against Ferguson<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>one day after the city council rejected a proposed settlement that sought to &quot;remedy literally years of systematic deficiencies.&quot; The Justice Department spent more than six months negotiating a settlement with local officials after it identified widespread civil rights violations and racial discrimination in the Ferguson Police<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Department&#39;s stops, searches, and arrests. It also alleges that local court proceedings&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.motherjones.com\/politics\/2014\/09\/ferguson-might-have-break-its-habit-hitting-poor-people-big-fines\" target=\"_blank\">violated the due process&nbsp;<\/a>of residents. The city council&#39;s rejection of the agreement, Lynch said, &quot;leaves us no further choice.&quot; <strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/strong>the residents of Ferguson have suffered the deprivation of their constitutional rights &ndash; the rights guaranteed to all Americans &ndash; for decades.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">Conservative intransigence! &nbsp;When will they learn?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\"><strong>My Universe<\/strong> &#8212;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.rbl.ms\/259814\/980x.jpg\" \/><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:comic sans ms,cursive;\">&quot;Something on my face?
