Once I figure out how to actually CLOSE<\/em> the "Best Horror Movie of All Time" Poll<\/strong><\/a> voting, I’ll do it.  (Dear Lord, PUH-LEAZE let it be easier than posting the thing!)<\/em><\/p>\n

And the big winner was …<\/p>\n

“The Exorcist”<\/em> – with 7 votes (35%)<\/p>\n

Followed by, in descending order<\/p>\n

“You Name It”<\/em> – 5 (25%)<\/p>\n

“Psycho”<\/em> – 4 (20%)<\/p>\n

“The Silence of the Lambs”<\/em> – 2 (10%)<\/p>\n

“The Shining”<\/em> – 1 (5%)<\/p>\n

“Rosemary’s Baby”<\/em> – 1 (5%)<\/p>\n

Tabulating the “You Name It” folks …<\/p>\n

Patty<\/strong> went with “Night of the Living Dead”<\/em><\/p>\n

Terrie C. Williams<\/strong> named one that almost made the list – “Jaws”<\/em><\/p>\n

“The GOP Debates”<\/em> (Good one, Joanne<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

And one Swiss-like abstention by gene<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was surprised by how many folks commented they did NOT like horror movies, as I really tried to avoid a lot of slasher-movies.    <\/p>\n
