Those same candidates choosing to skip July&#039;s National Council of La Raza conference in Kansas City&mdash;which was attended by Democrats&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/post-politics\/wp\/2015\/07\/13\/hillary-clinton-to-donald-trump-basta\/\">Hillary Clinton<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2015\/07\/13\/politics\/bernie-sanders-la-raza-conference-2016-clinton\/\">Bernie Sanders<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2015\/07\/13\/omalley-hammers-trump-lays-out-immigration-policys-core-principles-at-nclr-video\/\">Martin O&#039;Malley<\/a>&mdash;<a href=\"http:\/\/kcur.org\/post\/republicans-will-skip-annual-la-raza-conference-chance-pick-latino-votes\">didn&#039;t go unnoticed<\/a>.
