Nick Gass <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2015\/08\/megyn-kelly-ted-cruz-immigration-question-121756.html#ixzz3jvHlUqKw\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>When Kelly pressed the Texas senator on what he would do as president, Cruz said that he\u2019s \u201cnot playing the game\u201d and declined to answer the question. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat would President Cruz do? Do American citizen children of two illegal immigrants, who are born here, the children, get deported under a President Cruz?\u201d Kelly asked.<\/p>\n<p>Donald Trump, she said, \u201chas answered that question explicitly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMegyn, I get that that\u2019s the question you want to ask,\u201d Cruz said. \u201cThat\u2019s also the question every mainstream media liberal journalist wants to ask.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked whether it is an unfair question, Cruz said that it is \u201ca distraction\u201d from solving the issue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, it\u2019s also the question that Barack Obama wants to focus on,\u201d Cruz retorted.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Megyn Kelly? Mainstream?!? Liberal?!!? Bwaha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/08\/28\/us\/politics\/obama-in-new-orleans-praises-results-of-federal-intervention.html\" target=\"_blank\">NY Times<\/a>: <\/font>President Obama came to this once-stricken city on Thursday to make a case for his entire presidency: that when disaster strikes, the federal government should help not only to rescue the stranded but also to rebuild better and fairer than before.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe project of rebuilding here wasn\u2019t just to restore the city as it had been,\u201d Mr. Obama said to several hundred people at a new community center in the once-devastated Lower Ninth Ward. \u201cIt was to build a city as it should be \u2014 a city where everyone, no matter what they look like, how much money they\u2019ve got, where they come from, where they\u2019re born, has a chance to make it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The president explicitly linked New Orleans\u2019s recovery from Hurricane Katrina, which <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2015\/08\/26\/us\/ten-years-after-katrina.html?_r=0\" target=\"_blank\">struck 10 years ago<\/a> this month, to the nation\u2019s recovery from the 2008 recession. \u201cThat\u2019s the story of New Orleans, but that\u2019s also the story of America,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Frankly, I think Obama was wrong to pay lip service to the New Orleans recovery, because the recovery aid has been unfairly targeted to whites by Republican state officials.
