[<em>Strike Three delinked<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>What began as ostensibly well intentioned attempt to showcase his open door policy went astray when visitors discovered that the published data trove contained unredacted names, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailytech.com\/Home+Depot+Lost+53+Million+Emails+Blames+Windows+Buys+Execs+New+Macs\/article36852.htm\" target=\"_blank\">email addresses<\/a>, physical mailing addresses, phone numbers, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailytech.com\/Carnegie+Mellon+Researchers+Discover+SSNs+Can+Be+Guessed\/article15620.htm\" target=\"_blank\">even Social Security numbers<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Inserted from &lt;Daily Tech&gt;<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Exposing the personal particulars and violating the privacy of everyone who reached out to him demonstrates a level of competence in the ballpark with Strike One and Strike Two.<\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"02121Jeb2\" style=\"border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; float: right; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"02121Jeb2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7thstep.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/02121Jeb2.jpg\" width=\"360\" align=\"right\" height=\"254\" \/>In what may well be the shortest-lived career as a political technology officer, Jeb Bush&#8217;s newly appointed Chief Technology Officer, Ethan Czahor, resigned yesterday after he was called out in media for deleting a series of &quot;offensive&quot; tweets.<\/p>\n<p>The Washington Post&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/blogs\/post-politics\/wp\/2015\/02\/10\/jeb-bushs-chief-technology-officer-resigns-after-racially-insensitive-comments\/\" target=\"_blank\">headline<\/a> was, &quot;Jeb Bush&#8217;s chief technology officer resigns after racially insensitive comments.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Czahor, one of the co-founders of Hipster.com, admitted to what the Bush camp described as &quot;regrettable and insensitive comments,&quot; <a href=\"http:\/\/nymag.com\/daily\/intelligencer\/2015\/02\/bush-staffer-resigns-over-offensive-online-posts.html\" target=\"_blank\">such as suggesting that<\/a> &quot;black parents need to get their sh@# together.&quot; He also, in backhanded fashion, expressed his relief that Martin Luther King Jr. didn&#8217;t wear &quot;pants sagged to his ankles,&quot; or speak in &quot;jibberish.&quot; These tweets were written several years ago, but, as Post writer, Phillip Rucker explained, Czahor, &quot;could not survive the racially insensitive comments that surfaced on Tuesday.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Czahor could, however, have survived the sexist ones. The first media reports of his tweets were about his opinions regarding gender and sexuality. Buzzfeed&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buzzfeed.com\/andrewkaczynski\" target=\"_blank\">Andrew Kaczynski<\/a>&#160; cataloged a whole series of tweets prior to their deletion&#8230; <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8230;For good measure, there were also disparaging, homophobic ones. Racist commentary was also brought to light.
