I trust that most of you are aware of my participation in the Church of the Ellipsoid Orb, and that the highest holy day ending the religious year will take place in a meditation this Sunday, between New England and Seattle.  A scandal has been growing over the last few days, so extreme that the Holy Orb may have to hide its light in shame.<\/font><\/p>\n

More details have emerged about the alleged role a New England Patriots locker room attendant played in the "deflategate" scandal.<\/p>\n

On Monday, Fox Sports reported there is video showing the attendant taking footballs<\/a> the Patriots provided before the AFC title game against Indianapolis from the game officials’ locker room and into another room at Gillette Stadium before bringing them out to the field.<\/p>\n

Late Monday night NBC Sports’ Pro Football Talk added<\/a> several additional details, all attributed to an NFL source. According to the report, the locker room attendant took two bags of 12 footballs each — one for the Patriots and the other for the Colts — into a bathroom consisting of a toilet and sink with a door that locks from the inside. He remained in there for approximately 90 seconds, the report said<\/p>\n

All of that information was obtained from a surveillance video that the Patriots turned over to the NFL early in the investigation, according to Pro Football Talk\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
