\"Limbaugh-Jesus\"<\/a> Yesterday, hate radio host Rush Limbaugh talked about the volcanic eruption that\u2019s affecting air travel over much of Europe, saying it was \u201cGod speaking\u201d [Limbarf delinked<\/span>] in response to the passage of health care<\/a>: <\/p>\n

You know, a couple of days after the health care bill had been signed into law Obama ran around all over the country saying, \u201cHey, you know, I\u2019m looking around. The earth hadn\u2019t opened up. There\u2019s no Armageddon out there. The birds are still chirping.\u201d I think the earth has opened up. God may have replied.<\/span> This volcano in Iceland has grounded more airplanes \u2014 airspace has more affected \u2014 than even after 9\/11 because of this plume, because of this ash cloud over Northern and Western Europe. At the Paris airport they\u2019re telling people to head to the train station to catch trains out of France, and when people get to the train station they\u2019re telling people, \u201cThere aren\u2019t any seats until at least April 22nd,\u201d basically a week from now. It\u2019s got everybody in a shutdown. Earth has opened up. I don\u2019t know whether it\u2019s a rebirth or Armageddon. Hopefully it\u2019s a rebirth, God speaking<\/span><\/p>\n

Who does he think he is, GW ChickenHawk?  Crawford Caligula said God told him to attack Iraq and embarked on a supply-side jihad.  Pat Robertson said a hurricane would strike Disney World, when they announced an end to discrimination against the LGBT community.  The next hurricane to strike the US made landfall at Virginia Beach, Robertson\u2019s HQ.  You have to hand it to God.  She has a great sense of humor.  The prophet Limbaugh is on shaky ground.  Supply-side Jesus has a lousy track record, because he isn\u2019t real.  The GOP\/American Taliban invented him to justify their perverted gospel of war, greed and hatred.  The real Jesus would never punish for healing the sick.<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
