Here is the fourteenth article in our Republicans on Parade series, featuring individuals who personify what the Republican Party has become. Today\u2019s honoree is Ken Crow, for the depth of the Republican racism he displays in his opposition to immigration reform.  He actually claimed genetic superiority!<\/font><\/p>\n

\"21Crow[11]\"The Nation\u2019s George Zernick was at Monday\u2019s anti-immigrant rally<\/a> organized by the nativist front group Black American Leadership Alliance<\/a>, and managed to catch a video<\/a> of Tea Party Community co-founder Ken Crow praising Americans\u2019 \u201cincredible DNA\u201d and insisting, \u201cYou cannot breed Secretariat to a donkey and expect to win the Kentucky Derby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Today, the Center for Immigration Studies posted a full video<\/a> of Crow\u2019s speech, and it turns out that the Secretariat\/donkey analogy was just the beginning of his racist talking points. After fretting about the impact of immigrants on American \u201cbloodlines,\u201d Crow points to Arlington National Cemetery and says, \u201cYou\u2019ve got the breeding, you\u2019ve got the DNA, you\u2019ve got the patriotism and you\u2019ve got the sacrifice. And I\u2019ll be damned if I\u2019m going to give my country up to a bunch of people who do not deserve to be here.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
