It’s a very busy day here at the CatBox. I’ll have to button up and go to AC soon. I’m waiting for Store to Door to deliver groceries. They are due now. Speaking to reporters at a press conference in Trump Tower, Trump said that he had undergone the DNA testing “to silence all of the haters who have been saying I’m a total idiot.”
Crowing about the test results, Trump said, “According to this test, I am fifty-per-cent idiot, which is way less than half.”

MSNBC – So, Orange Judas compared the Prince to Brett Kavanaugh. Well, they do share a common technique – “Lock the door and turn up the music.”
Reich – Trained killers have long been our most dangerous export (see School of the Americas, now WHINSEC,) but this is the first “President” who thinks it’s a good idea to brag about it. (BTW, Bishop Oscar Romero, who was murdered by SOA graduates, is about to be canonized. That’s one sainthood I can get behind.)
TNY – This reminds me of a family business I once worked for where one of the daughters was having some medical colonic issues, and in exlplaining to us, she said, “I know you all thought I was a perfect a$$hole.” (And we had.) At least she could joke about it.
Cartoon – So, so true. As i’ve said before, in this election, I’m not worried about the electorate. I’m worried about the fraud. A new article has pointed out that actual hacking may end up being less dangerous that saboteurs CLAIMING to have changed votes when they haven’t.

He did, and I’m less enthusiastic about that.
When Romero was assassinated, 38 years ago, I was following the Maryknoll sisters (six IIRC of whom were also killed there, though not in a public mass), so I got the whole story. To this day I cannot speak of him without a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat – or even type about him. His last words were “Father, forgive them…”
Never heard of him before, but he is sooooo spot on!
