A group of Misrepresentatives in Congress call themselves the House Freedom Caucus.  With members like Louie "Go-Go Goosestep" Gohmert [R-TX], they should be called the House Oppression Caucus.  These fascists are moving to impeach Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as revenge for indicting a group of loyal Republicans, working to elect their Fuhrer, Donald Trump.

Trump’s Republican allies in the House of Representatives are preparing to oust Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and could file paperwork to impeach him as soon as Monday, Politico reports.

Although Republicans have wanted to get rid of Rosenstein for weeks, they appear to be seriously ramping up their efforts in preparation for an imminent move.

The news comes just as Rosenstein announced the Department of Justice is charging 12 Russian intelligence operatives for conspiring to interfere in the 2016 elections.

According to Politico, “House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, in fact, had the impeachment document on the floor of the House at the very moment that Rosenstein spoke to reporters and TV cameras Friday.”…

I expect that the Republican Reich will grant the twelve indicted GRU officers formal membership in the Freedom Caucus for helping the Reich.

  1. Of course the open hearing with Peter Strzok was designed to be theatre to fire up Orange Judas’s base to cheer for impeaching Rosenstein. It didn’t go so well. I’m not saying they won’t bring this to the floor, but it is, of course, possible that doing so won’t go so well either. At least we can hope.

  2. They have no shame.
Gowdy says he won’t support Rosenstein impeachment. By QUINT FORGEY 07/15/2018 12:27 PM EDT

The chairman of the powerful House Oversight and Government Reform Committee said Sunday he doesn’t support a push by conservative lawmakers to impeach Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
“No. For what? Impeach him for what? No,” Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”

  3. Somebody must be really getting scared with Mueller/Rosenstein charging these 12 Russian intelligence operatives, even when none of these 12 will ever physically appear before an American court. It is what will come out at these court sessions that has some Republicans in trouble controlling their bowel movements. as we say: it’s running thin through the legs of their pants. They’re so panicked that they rather risk another Strzok-like disaster session than do nothing.

I wish I had time to read the utterly ridiculous paperwork they think they can impeach Rosenstein on.

  4. What is now called the “Freedom Caucus, is nothing more than a re-named Tea Party.  They apparently found that connection to the Party of Insanitea was too soiled.
By the way, did anyone else notice the similarity of Gowdy, in the idiot’s hearing performance, the other day, to Gollum, of Hobbit infamy?
These jackasses will work to impeach Rosenstein, but are happy to sustain the cabinet from hell!

  5. Freedom Caucus my arse! Evil organizations frequently give themselves righteous-sounding names. Those creeps are not interested in freedom at all, except for wealthy straight white men who are the right kind of “Christian.”

  6. i agree with Freya!!!

  7. AMEN!!!  Freedom Caucus is a total misnomer!!!

    ” right kind of “Christian.”” = un-Christian

I am sure the freedom Caucus could claim to have invented the phrase “the devil made me do it!”  I just noticed recently, after all my years, the spelling of ‘devil’ and ‘evil’.  The devil is evil personified.

  8. The one they should be trying to impeach is the one they won’t . . . Donald J Trump!!!

The Hill reported that “Rep. Trey Gowdy (R – S.C.) on Sunday ruled out the possibility of impeaching Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, saying there is not enough support for his ouster.”  He later went on to say that if “President Trump is dissatisfied with Rod Rosenstein, he can fire him with a tweet.”  Gowdy went further saying he supports Mueller’s investigation and countered Drumpf’s claim that it is a witch hunt.

Gowdy does have a point.  Let Drumpf fire Rosenstein with a tweet.  Let him do his own dirty work.  Let him reap the fury and mayhem that would ensue.

During an interview with Drumpf from the UK, he referred to Peter Strzok’s testimony last week as a disgrace and doubled down on the whole “witch hunt” idea.  I would love to be face to face with Drumpf and tell him HE is the disgrace and a traitor to his country, not Strzok and any number of others like James Comey.

  9. Thanks all.  Hugs!  Impeach Pence too! 17
