Did Pruitt Pull an Icahn Job?

When Fuhrer Drumpfenfarten appointed Scott Pruitt to head the EPA, we all knew a con job was co the way, because Pruitt is an energy company hack and vehemently opposed tp telling the truth about climate change.  What we did not know at the time is that Pruitt’s con job was an understatement.  Pruitt pulled an Icahn job.

Pressure is building on embattled US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief Scott Pruitt, who is embroiled in allegations of ethics violations.

President Donald Trump has expressed tepid support for him, but the White House is said to be losing patience.

Mr Pruitt is already under scrutiny for renting an apartment with ties to a fossil fuels lobbyist.

He is also accused of bypassing the White House to secure big pay rises for two long-time staff members.

Asked if he still has confidence in Mr Pruitt while boarding Air Force One on Thursday, President Trump said: "I do."

But deputy White House press secretary Hogan Gidley told Fox News earlier in the day: "I can’t speak to the future of Scott Pruitt."

The EPA’s top ethics official said on Wednesday he was not provided with the full facts when he ruled there was no ethics violation in Mr Pruitt’s $50-a-night lease of a Capitol Hill apartment from the wife of an energy lobbyist…

The person who tied together the relationship between Trump, Icahn and Pruitt is Rachel Maddow.  It’s 22 minutes and more than worth it.

Now if that isn’t an Icahn Job, what is?

RESIST THE REPUBLICAN REICH!!

  1. Yeah. Try to find a room anywhere in Washington DC for $50 a night, even in a slum or a swamp. Heck, I can’t find one in Las Animas, Colorado, and I grant you that is not the end of the world… but you can see it from there.

  2. Another one bites the dust?? Hope so. W/watch vid later….thx, Tom

  3. For those of you who were around and politically aware in the Reagan Era: How does Pruitt compare to James Watt?

  4. Pruitt is a little smarmy pissant of a person who really pisses me off.

I’m not a violent soul at all – but for him, I’d be sorely tempted to make an exception.  He just really rubs me the wrong way.

  5. As I’ve said before, you coudn’t get the broom closet next to a toilet for $50 a night in Washington DC, so a whole uptown apartment where the maid comes in to clean up after you for that price is a tad suspicious, Mr. Pruitt. It gets even worse when you lie to the media that its all above board when your landlady is the wife of one of the most well known energy lobbyists because that lobbyist didn’t represent any clients before the EPA. Turns out it were only nine. What is it with these guys, the Icahns, the Pruitts and the Drumpfs of the world that they have this uncontrollable urge, this addiction, to fill their already overflowing pockets with tax-payers money and swat away anyone who complains or asks questions with lies like flies bothering these entitled men bloated with self-importance.

John Kelly apparently has urged Drumpf to fire Pruitt this week, but Drumpf still refuses. What leverage does Pruitt have on Drumpf, leverage Ikahn didn’t have? Has he lend Drumpf a lot of money in the past, or covered some shady deals? Time to follow the money again.

  6. Thanks all.  Pooped Hugs! 35

  7. Haven’t you misspelled a name? . . . isn’t it Carl Icon?

Rachel :”… this avalanche of unflattering news has come down the mountain and landed on top of Scott Pruitt …”

    According to softschools.com

“The survival rate of a victim buried by an avalanche is 91% if rescued in 18 minutes or less. When rescue occurs between 19 and 35 minutes after the avalanche, the survival rate of victims is only 34%.”

The longer one is buried, the survival rate dramatically declines.  By this, Pruitt should be DOA!

Pruitt and his BS antics are an Icon job!!!
