I’m running quite late, having just returned from Physical Terrorism with Courtney and exceeding previous benchmarks for speed and endurance. Due to the extra time spent in and waiting for Lift busses, it may be next week, before I have the Monthly Report done. I’m already tuckered out, and I’m just starting to write.

I think you do a disservice to Courtney when you talk about "physical terrorism". It certainly sounds like she is helping you. While I suspect you're trying to make a joke, I find it hard to see anything funny that includes a comparison to terrorism, especially in this day and age when we have to contend with Trump.

Groundhog Day is a modern commemoration of a "Cross-Quarter" day, which occurs around the middle of every season. Guess what…there ARE 6 weeks of winter left on the calendar; and six behind us! It's a cute thing, but the groundhog myth is pure nonsense!

The mourning coloured "Resist" is for the sadness and outrage I feel for the US having a madman like Drumpfenfarten at the helm, and for the sick, unpatriotic bastards that surround him. I tried grey on black but it converts to a black smudge, so purple on black it is.
Excellent progress with your rehab. I have made some progress and starting next week, I'll go once a week as long as everything continues well. When I am sitting with mum, I get up and walk the halls for a bit so I don't get stuck in the seated position permanently. Today, I even helped break up a fight between 85 year old "multi dinner" Jim who is relatively new and extremely cantankerous, and another fellow who can be very nice most of the time, but can also be difficult. Man the fur was flying! After that, I stayed in mum's room until it was time to sally forth and they were all in the dining room for dinner. Mum is about the same. Interesting though, many of the staff came to see her as they were going off shift . . . just to say 'hi' . . . and then the director of recreational services came in. I work with her through the Family Council. The CEO has been down a couple of times too, and I also work with him on a board committee. I know mum is in good care.
That proves I could Typo in 2012 when I ,made that cartoon.
I knew my Mom was in good care at the end too – she told me so, and I could see it too. One hears a lot of horror stories, but thre are good places. And of course being liked (loved) helps. Hang in.

Keith Olbermann: Chilling how Keith connects all the dots between the Republican Bush administration and this one and clearly shows where this administration is going (and has been going from the start). There's only one answer to it:

BTW, I haven't got the time to research this, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if the Koch brothers oppose to the ban because, unlike Drumpf, they DO do business with most of the seven countries banned and feel its backlash already.
TNY: The way Republicans abuse democracy, using every trick in the book, and even not in any legal book, to get their way, but forbidding others to depart from "Senate custom", is sickening. Even a banana republic would be ashamed of this level of hypocrisy and abuse of power.
