He is a Swede (or he says so, and I believe him). I assumed the colors were meant to be a gift from a Swede, and took it as such. I am more of a German myself. I believe Sweden has better government and laws than Germany at this point, but anywhere in the EU is looking pretty good for at least the next 100 days. Hopefully after that we can improve.
Just got back from going out to lunch with BFF and having her help me shop for some items that are too heavy for me to handle well, as well as one smaller item that you have to be there just the right day at just the right time to get or it's all sold out (I scored 8 packages).
