The presumptive rectum of the Republican Party said something that is not only idiotic, but also, proves intent that demonstrates just how critical it is that this man never progress beyond the leadership of the Republican Reich, whose values he reflects so well.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump defied the laws of mathematics on Thursday, claiming that he could have turned around the Supreme Court’s 5-3 abortion ruling by nominating a pro-life justice to replace Antonin Scalia.

Radio host Mike Gallagher noted during an interview [Fascist delinked] with the candidate that the Supreme Court "handed the pro-life movement a disappointing decision" by striking down a Texas law that made it more difficult for women to get abortions.

Trump suggested that the 5-3 decision would have been flipped to a 5-4 decision upholding the law if he had been able to fill the vacancy left by the death of Scalia with a pro-life judge.

"Now if we had Scalia was living or is Scalia was replaced by me," Trump said, "you wouldn’t have had that. Okay? It would have been the opposite."

"So just to confirm," Gallagher pressed. "Under a Donald — a President Donald Trump-appointed Supreme Court, you wouldn’t see a majority ruling like the one we had with the Texas abortion law this week."

"No, you wouldn’t see that," Trump insisted. "And people understand that."…

Barf Bag Alert!!

The idiotic part is that replacing Scalia would have left the decision unchanged as the 5-3 vote would have been 5-4.  According to Rump Dump’s Republican math, 4 > 5.

However, knowing his intent, next Justice to be replaced is Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  Imagine SCROTUS (Republican Constitutional VD) after Rump Dump replaced her with a Nazi.  That must not happen.

  1. There was a suggestion that he would (by executive order?) give every justice he appointed three votes to all other justices' one.  That would do it mathematically.  Constitutionally, not so much.

  2. Drumpf seems to forget that justice Kennedy, a Republican, also voted against the Texan anti-abortion law. But besides being unable to do the simplest math, Drumpf couldn't give a toss. If he becomes president, he'll turn into the tyrant who we can see peeking through the facade more each day by ruling by executive orders  and try to force SCOTUS to do his bidding, not the law's. But even some Republicans are starting to become aware of what kind of megalomaniac they're dealing with and he's steadily going down in the polls. All Democrats need to do is make sure to stay united until November and get out every one of their voters, of every age, creed, ethnicity and gender into the booth and vote blue.

    • "Drumpf couldn't give a toss." — Of course not.  He gave it to everyone else and we have been tossing our cookies ever since at the mere mention of his name.

  3. Herr Drumpf is an idiot – and he mirrors his supporters.

Why, did you know that a recent study proved that one out of every three Trump supporters is just as stupid as the other two?

  4. No more Trump!! Donny must go!!

    Thanks, Tom.

  5. Calling Trump the rectum of the Republican Party is quite appropriate given that most of what comes out of his mouth is rectal discharge.

  6. GEEZ! If he ever got in office, he would DESTROY this COUNTRY in his first 100 days!!!

VOTE BLUE, NO MATTER WHO! We HAVE to keep this Loony-Tune OUT of the highest office in this country! There's NO WAY this country would be without a Civil War within a YEAR of him taking the path of office!!!

  7. Although it appears that he is dropping in the polls, he still has an astounding number of supporters.  This proves how well the dumbing down of America has worked.

  8. Drumpf is an ass!  How in hell did he acquire his millions when he fails to understand that 5 > 4?  Or is this the key to his many business failures?  Business acumen?  Ha!!

Also, it seems to me that he said he would leave appointing SCOTUS justices to someone else, I just can't remember who.  Drumpf is a plague that needs to be eradicated!

  9. "Herr Drumpf is an idiot…."

I called him that at a men's group, for seniors, that I facilitate at work, just yesterday. One of the members called me on it, apparently thinking I meant it literaly, rather than in a more broad, generic sense.  He told me, additionally,  that Donald is doing nothing illegal when he refuses to publicize his tax returns, that he does nothing illegal when he files for bankruptcy, time and again, etc.  But, he does not seem to realize that he is conflating "legal" with "having a frigging brain!"  Nonetheless, I ought not to have put that statement out there, in the context of the group meeting, I will admit.
