Almost every week, Republicans join a competition to see who can say the most outlandish things, and in the process, they push the envelope on just how insane InsaniTEA can become.  I trust that you will believe it, when I tell you that last week was no exception.

Is this the stupidest Fox Newsian of all?

There is huge, huuuuuuge, competition in the race for stupidest Fox Newsian of all. But now that Andrea “America is awesome” Tantaros has been sidelined, another contender appears to be leading the idiot pack: Kimberly Guilfoyle.

While Guilfoyle regularly spews a variety of nonsensical drivel, she managed to up her own considerable ante this week when she argued, wait for it, that when Donald Trump dubs Elizabeth Warren “Pocahontas” in their ongoing Twitter feud, it actually can be seen as a compliment. “I said I wanted to be Pocahontas one time,” Guilfoyle reasoned this week in a telecast, bizarrely bringing up her own, one hopes, childhood to make her case. “I get the way he’s saying it,” she bravely persevered, “but I think ‘Pocahontas’ is quite complimentary when you think about it.”

Well, no, Kimberly, when you think about it, even for a millisecond, it is entirely offensive and not at all a compliment, and saying so is simultaneously nuts and offensive, for starters because it conflates all Native Americans into one stereotypical persona (based on an actual historical figure) popularized by a Disney movie.

Trump loves to ridicule the fact that Warren’s great-great-great grandmother was Native American, and that Warren is 1/32 Cherokee. He will also likely never ever tire of making this hilarious joke. He likes to call her “Goofy Elizabeth,” which Guilfoyle has yet to defend as “quite complimentary when you think about it,” but stay tuned. It’s quite possible that maybe Guilfoyle longed to be Disney character Goofy when she was young.

From <Alternet>

Kimberly, a former Victoria’s Secret model, was hired as a Faux Noise bimbette to exercise her non-journalistic talent to keep Bubba Bagger drooling in a hypnotic trance long enough for the brighter pundits to fill his small brain with Republican propaganda.  This is only the fourth of five insane Republican moments listed for last week alone.  Click through for the other four.

  1. definitely rivals Clinton's persistent lies about her email and other legal problems

note the additional FBI investigation mentioned

  2. 1.  “You mess with our freedom,” Palin bellowed, “we’ll put a boot in your ass. It’s the American way.”  Really.  See my "Everyday Erinyes"post from yesterday.

    2.  "There is no drought."  Yeah, right.  And there are complaints that Bernie supporters are expecting unicorms and rainbows?  What do you suppose Drumpf has been smoking?

    3.  "Can anyone make heads or tails out of this walking personality disorder?"  Well, there's a book called "snakes in  Suits" ….

    4.  I'm not sure that this is really stupider than Megyn Kelly's "Jesus is white," and I am still torn between Glen Beck and BillO as the stupidest, but it did get me wondering, does Drumpf even know who his great-great-great grandparents were?  Maybe he should go on "Finding your Roots."

    5.  Understandable that Rubio is starting to backtrack.  He said something accurate once.  That is not acceptable if you are a Republican.

  3. I read this yesterday and didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the insaniTEA.

Palin — When is she going to shut up and go away?  I like Jim Philip's expression "Palinsane" as it suits her so well!

Trump — More insaniTEA!  No drought in California???  Typical of all Republicans who deny climate change and the causes of severe weather.

Shkreli — Another crook endorsing a crook!  It is a shame that Trump's groupies don't recognise that he is a crook just saying what they want to hear.

Guilfoyle — Professional stupid!  But then does Faux Noise employ anything else?

Rubio — When you lose, even to an idiot like Trump, it usually leaves one very sad!  But then to tow the party line and endorse same idiot  . . . well that is even more depressing!

  4. I thought that was Melania in that picture! Figured that Faux Spews would hire someone that looks like that. Gotta keep them swillen baggers eyes on the tv so they can fill the empty void in their heads with crap! Ugh!

  5. I will never forgive John McCain for drawing Palin out of Alaska, where she was a happy woman, busy killing animals.  Nor will I ever forgive the press that keeps reporting her inane, insanity.

Please don't worry, Trump is going to do great things, yes, he is, he said so.

Shkreli should and probably will, be in prison, not sure how much anyone should rely on his words.

Guilfoyle:  But she's cute, isn't that enough?

    Rubio has no shame.

  6. I've read all five of them and they were all about Drumpf in one way or another. Enough!

I'll limit my comment to what struck me in the first paragraph: IDIOCRACY. The author seems America is still marching towards it, but I can tell you that it's already here. Good luck to you all.

  7. Thanks all!!  Hugs!!
