Let me begin by clarifying why I call Sarah Palin “Bloody Bullseye Barbie”, lest we forget. She put the map shown above on her Facebook page. She placed one of the crosshairs she used to mark Democrats for violent attacks on the campaign HQ of Gaby Giffords (D-AZ), who was subsequently almost almost killed by Republican Ammosexual, Jared Lee Loughner. She denied the blood on her hands then, but she is now quick to play victim and blame Obama for her own violently dysfunctional family. Mill Maher called her on it, but he made one mistake.
We had to know what Friday’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” would be like once Sarah Palin came out implying that President Obama was to blame for her son’s domestic abuse charges earlier this week.
While Palin was endorsing Donald Trump in Iowa her son was being arraigned on four misdemeanor counts. In her speech she said that we send our sons to fight in wars and they come back “a bit different.”
“And then just glossed over that,” Maher said. “Like, we accept that now. We send our sons off to stupid wars and they come back ‘a bit different’ because he beat up his girlfriend, was talking suicide and she blamed that on Obama. And I’m sure that’s why his girlfriend was cowering under the bed, because of Obama.”…

I disagree with Bill on one key point. The leftist wing-nut at Yale is not the same as Republican Ammosexuals like Ammon Bundy. We have wing nuts on the left, and Republicans correctly identify them as useful fools. They are harmless, and Democrats do not support them, Republican wing-nuts are dangerous domestic terrorists and the Republican Party does support them, Bull is funny, but he is mistaken on that point.

Thanks for posting, TomCat, it's a nice way to close off my Sunday with a bit of cynicism from Bill Maher, especially when he puts down Sarah Palin and he and the guests say about the same thing about her bad parenting and blaming the her dysfunctional family on Obama as some us did, but then so much funnier.
I can't comment on Maher's view on the leftist wing-nuts v Republican Ammosexual wing-nuts, as it isn't shown in this particular clip. I think it may have been part of the show that was aired last Friday, and I sure wish I could see it. Laughing about Republicans is the only way to keep sane amidst the insanity the Republicans exude.

I think the panel was too forgiving and willing to blame substances for unconscionable behavior.

Palin's word salad speeches just make my head spin! I can't understand her, at all! She doesn't make a bit of sense and what a gift for the Democrats! She is gonna do to HumptyTrump what she did to McCain. Show what kind of looney tune they both are! Why did he even pull her out from under that rock she has been under since her Bristol made a laughing stock of anything they do? She really needed to stay in the tundra and not being any more publicity in her family!

We all have a tendency to assume that sanity is the norm and to blame erratic behavior on some distortion of sanity, whether that be a mental illness, or a physical condition like Alzheimer's (hypercalcemia can also produce some doozies), or contact with some substance. I alluded to smoking something in my comment on another post on this blog just today. But, as one of the two men who were neither Bill nor Alan Grayson pointed out, if someone is that loony without artificial means, it's even scarier than if artificial means were used. Like the woman who said to Churchill, "Sir, you are drunk!" and received the reply, "Yes, Madam, and you are ugly. But tomorrow I will be sober."
I still don't have the sound right on this new Pc, so couldn't hear Bill. I got a meme on FB last night that said "Sarah Palin Speaks" at the top, the bottom showed a bowl of alphabet soup. Yep. I repeat, I will never forgive John McCain for bringing her to us.
