Here are the results of our “Hillary Conspiracy Poll”.  Politics Plus Polls are not scientific, because those who respond are not balanced according to demographic categories.   Therefore, we do not accurately reflect the makeup of the US population.  Nevertheless, our polls are usually factually accurate, and more often than not, they reflect thinking or will of the national majority.

Our Polling Host no longer allows us to copy and paste your comments made when taking the poll.  To read them, click here.

In the dead heat between few and none, I voted few.  I could never be so naive to believe that Hillary is pure as the driven snow.  But her authentic offenses are too low key to satisfy Republican scandal, mongering, so virtually all their accusations were collected yi the bottom guy in a triple-decker outhouse.

The new poll is up.  Don’t forget to vote.

  1. I voted "a few" because everyone is guilty of some minor offenses.

  2. Like Yvonne, I'll stick by what I said when I voted:
Few of the accusations have any basis. Of the ones that do, I wouldn't call them crimes, but the GOP does, so in the context I answered "few." Any real crimes? Crime being defined as illegal, whether misdemeanor or felony? Do you have any idea how hard it is to live to one's 60's in America without breaking some law, somewhere, sometime? I am not going to say that ANYONE is guilty of none.

  3. I voted few. As you say, not pure as the driven snow, but conspiracy theorists are part of the GOP bloodline!

  4. I honestly don't remember even IF I voted.

But if I did, coming from the Chicago School of "Vote Early – Vote Often" I'm sure I voted AT LEAST twice.

  5. I didn't vote in this poll because I couldn't decide between a few and none, since it is unlikely she has never compromised.

  6. I voted none, not because I believe Hillary to be as pure as the driven snow, but because of the wording of the question – "Republicans keep accusing Hillary of crimes.  Of how many is she guilty" – I doubt that any of their accusations are true as the Repuglicans appear fantasists at best, but I am quite certain that she has done other things that I consider morally reprehensible and deeply, deeply unwise, such as this from the Huff Post….

She appears to be getting paid for speeches applauding Keystone XL – and even if she is not getting a direct quid pro quo, then we should all remember that "he who pays the piper calls the tune".  She approves GMOs too which means she is either stupid or someone else is 'sponsoring' her.

  7. I have no doubt that there will be an item or two in Hillary's closet that aren't quite kosher, but the Republicanus/Teabaggerum are really over indulging in political theatre and LIES!  The biblical quote (since the Republicanus/Teabaggerum claim to be such good Christians, but aren't) "He who is without sin cast the first stone." seems so appropriate for Republicanus/Teabaggerum.

  8. I think many of us are of the same opinion really: we don't think Hillary has committed any crimes in the sense that the Republicans arare hollering so hard about, but she has done some strange or dumb things. And though she's far from being pure as the driven snow, Hillary will always be so much better than any of the Republican hopefuls. But in time some of us have started to like her less, and how much less probably reflects itself in 'no crimes' vs 'few crimes'.

  9. Amen to all.  Lona summarized my opinion.
