Congrats to Jerry Critter for posting the 54,000th comment here at Politics Plus. This is his fourth award. The last was the last of the every 500 awards that he won in June, 2011. He used to visit, because he is addicted to the Jig Zone Puzzles in our Open Thread. He still mutters “My Precious”, while doing them. Now he is fully engaged in all aspects of this site, and is one of the few people who has been here since before we converted to WordPress from Blogger, masking him a friend of many years standing. He remains one of our most prolific commentators, and writes an excellent blog of his own. You can find him at Critter’s Crap. Please join me in thanking him.
