  1. Yes I did! . . . at 3 pm so I wouldn't forget.  Then I just about told the kids that it wasn't dinner time for another hour.  They refused to wait.  Cats 1  Mum 0

  2. I remembered yesterday but usually turn the clocks Sunday. In this day of modern electronics and computer tecnology, most devices update on their own. Unfortunately, the bedroom clock and the kittied don't have that technology. I found that out at 4:30 AM when they woke me up to eat.

I actually hate Daylight Savings Time and wish they would stop messing with time.

    • Me too! Why can't they leave it alone and set it to Earth Time. We don't have 'Victory Gardens' anymore and that was the whole purpose of setting the clocks forward in Spring and back in Fall. That and , of course, so people could shop more after they got off work. They need to just stop it already and leave the time alone.

PS…..my Children of the Korn didn't care that the clocks went back, it was 'Feed me, Seymore' at 5 am.

    • Amen! (One of many to come from me, I see)

  3. I'm sick and tired of this Socialist president and his Socialist government trying to telll me what time of day it is!  If I want it to be 3:27 in the morning, then it's damn well going to be 3:27 in the morning – and screw these "Big Government" Socialists trying to tell me otherwise!

  5. Yeah, did the annoying daylight (savings) spending time and effort for this useless exercise… I wish all Conservatives would return to St. Ronnies can't drive over 55 mph so China can use more oil at their efforts… ❓

  6. Daylight savings time is one of those things that seemed like a good idea at the time (irony intentional), and perhaps it was, 60 years ago. These days, it's a monumental pain in the posterior with no immediately discernable redeeming qualities. I'm all for doing away with it completely and saving (irony intentional again) us all a lot of bother.

  7. I did, reluctantly.  I consider this a complete waste of time and a the supreme example of mental masturbation.  How can otherwise reasonable people still think they have gained or lost time by manpululating a clock?  We simply follow the orders of some foolish idea long outdated in the modern world.

    • And another "AMEN!" from me.

(Hey – I went to school in Chicago … home of "Vote Early, Vote Often!" – so I can stuff any ballot box with the best of them)

  8. The extra sleep I got because of the time change felt so good, I set the clock back another hour. Who says too much of a good thing is a bad thing?

  9. I guess everyone remembered.  I have mixed feelings about it.  I like the falling back, because I can use every oppotyinioty for a cat nap I can get.  Springing forwatd, on the other hand, is the theft of a precious hour of my sleep.  So lets just set the clock back twice a year. 😉

  10. Over here they justify the self same time manipulation by saying that it reduces accidents in the morning …. I am not so sure!
