I’m rushing to write and post a couple articles before I leave for the doctor.  I’m current with replies.  Tomorrow appears routine.

Jig Zone Puzzle:

Today’s took me 3:52 (average 4:50).  To do it, click here.  How did you do?

Short Takes:

From MoveOn: What Living On $7 An Hour Actually Means

This is a must see clip. These are what Lord Willard calls lazy and irresponsible. He and Lyin' Ryan plan to raise their taxes. When they do receive benefits, we taxpayers are paying for them so that Lord Willard and the Vulture Capitalist class can pocket the money.

From BBC: Tory conference votes Romney or Obama for US president

Click through.  The video would not embed properly.

Obama has more balls than Lord Willard.

From YouTube: Pro-Life Rep. Demanded Abortion for Mistress

Cenk nailed another family values Republican. Supply-side Jesus (the Republican invention, not the real Jesus) teaches them that the values they preach are for others, but that they are above having to abide by them.

  1. 3:17 Just call me Speedy. Will my time stand the test of time?

  2. MoveOn ~ Anyone who has ever worked for minimum wage knows this to be true. Moneybags Mitt and Lyin' Ryan have no knowledge of any truth.
BBC ~ I congratulate the Tory delegates on their wise judgment.

YouTube ~  Rep. DesJarlais is a real brainiac besides being a serial philanderer and hypocrite. What on earth do the women see in him?

Cartoon ~ I was surprised that Colorado beat California to the punch on this.

I just heard on "Now With Alex Wagner", MSNBC, a funny line that I just have to share with you:
"Sarah Palin went rogue but Paul Ryan went vague."

  3. Puzzle — 3:42  Respectable but no speeding ticket!

MoveOn — I know back in 1971 I was making minimum wage and I could not afford to even share a 1 bedroom apartment with a friend.  Brutal!  I liked the quote at the end : "The comfort of the rich relies on an abundance of the poor.” — Voltaire

BBC — Mr Obama wins in the UK but not by a lot.  Interesting, on the same page was a picture of Lyin' Ryan and Biden (US running mates clash in debate) looking askance at eachother, almost like two old dogs sniffing eachother's butt before going to the attack!  Quite telling that picture!

YouTube — Me thinks that Rmoney needs to have a chat with this dufus and explain "Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander."  I think it was Rep DesJarlais that had the abortion — he aborted his espoused values in favour of convenience.

Cartoon — Now it is time for Colorado to set another milestone — 06/11/2012 Colorado votes completely Democratic!

    • Beat me!

In '75 I lost everything in a robbery, and having just moved to a new state, I had to take a minimum wage job temporarily and sleep in the park.

      Those are all UK conservatives.

      Amen!

      Double amen!
